Justin heads LTMA Capital and believes balancing financial returns with societal benefits empowers people and facilitates future reinvestment.

Prior to founding LTMA Capital, Justin worked in corporate sustainability at Mars, Inc. focusing on human rights and gender equality in global supply chains. In his role, Justin led innovative approaches to prevent and remedy forced labor risks, designed systems to enable women to thrive in farming communities, and created best-in-class due diligence processes for carbon credit projects.

He earned a BA in Elementary School Education from Colorado College, an MA in Responsible Management and Sustainable Economic Development from the United Nations University for Peace, and an MBA in International Business from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
